The soft copy of the proceedings as approved above are uploaded. The decisions of the hearing are as under:-
1) The industry to submit the necessary documents/old balance sheet or C.A. certificate along with balance consent fees with the Regional Office, within 10 days.
2) Environmental Engineer, Regional Office-4, Ludhiana, on the receipt of above documents shall process the consent application for further action with fresh recommendations to decide the same.
In view of the above, the proceedings may be conveyed to the industry and Regional Office for compliance please.
