The contents of the report of AEE may kindly be perused. In view of above mentioned facts and report, it is recommended that 'consent to operate' may be granted to the industry for six months upto subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions that the industry shall submit certificate from GMADA as to how long the industry can carry out its operations at the site as per the bye-laws of the master plan of Dera Bassi and the industry will carry out plantation at the site as per the norms. |
