FD incorporating the facts is attached as separate file and it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of marriage palace of capacity 500 persons may be granted up to 30/09/2022 subject to the suitable conditions and an additional condition that the marriage palace shall obtain permission from CGWA for abstraction of ground water and shall submit the same in the office within one month. |
