It is submitted that the project proponent has applied for fresh consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981. The details are mentioned in agenda note attached alongwith. In view of details mentioned in agenda note, it is recommended that fresh consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the project proponent up to 30-09-2019 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and with following special conditions :
1. The project proponent shall not install any new submersible pump/tubewell/energized source for abstraction of ground water in its premises without permission of the CGWA.
2. The project proponent will obtain permission for abstraction of ground water as per guidelines issued by the Central Ground Water Authority.
3. The project proponent will install STP within a period of six months after the treatment methodology is finalized by the Board.
