After, scrutinizing the application, it is observed that the industry has applied for consent to operate in the name and style of M/s Bansal Polymers, New Preet Vihar, Kailash Nagar Road, Vill Bajra, Ludhiana. The industry has submitted DTP certificate regarding industrial zone of the industry at name and style of M/s Bansal Polymers, Plot No. 37, Gagandeep Colony, Kakkowal Road, Ludhiana. It is required to be clarified. Earlier directions u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 were issued against the industry regarding disconnection of electric supply. The industry is required to submit the copy of TDCO No. for the compliance of the same. You are requested to clarify and submit relevant documents within 3 days. |
