It is intimated that the complete detail of machinery/lots/baths and type of dyeing being carried out in the industry is as under:- (details in the attached file)
It is further intimated that for waste water minimization program, the industry has not installed any winch machine in the industry and only soft flow machines with liquor ratio 1:6 have been installed.
1. The industry is recycling the steam condensate from soft flow machines back to boiler. For this purpose, the industry has provided dedicated pipe line along with pumping arrangements (photographs attached).
2. The industry is carrying out its dyeing process in minimum possible baths i.e. 3 no. baths per lot to ensure minimum use of water.
3. For re-circulation of cooling water, the industry has installed 2 no. overhead tanks of size 15' X 15' X 5'2" (for hot water) and 10' X 12' X 12' (for fresh water). The fresh water tank is at a height of 20' and the hot water tank is at a height of 12' from ground level. During the cooling phase of soft flow machines, the cold water from fresh water tank is charged into soft flow machines and after passing through the soft flow machines, the water reaches the hot water tank by gravity for further use in dyeing.
