It is intimated that the industry was issued online Show Cause notice for refusal of Consent to operate under Water Act 1974 with an opportunity, to file objections, if any, within 15 days.
The restaurant has not submitted any reply online or in hard copy till date. In view of above it is recommended that,
1. Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be refused.
2. Bank guarantee of Rs. 1.0 lac submitted by the restaurant may be encashed.
3. Further action u/s 33-A may be initiated against the industry, please. |
