Considering the agenda note and note history of the case.
May if approved show cause notice for refusal of consent under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be refused to the industry with opportunity of personal hearing due to the following reasons;
1. Pollution load of the organization at terminal STP is of considerable quantity as domestic effluent generated from Christian Dental College, Senior Doctor Campus, Ross Hostel and Staff line is discharged into sewer.
2. The organization has made an addition in it’s infrastructure without obtaining NOC of the Board raising doubts on the applicability of environment clearance.
