The industry was granted Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 upto 17.07.2018 with special condition that the industry shall not procure/process any empty can and washing process without obtaining actual user certificate. Now EE RO reported that the industry has obtained actual user certificate which was issued by Head Office vide letter dated 26.10.2017. The industry has already installed ZLD for trade effluent generated from washing process. Considering the report submitted by RO.
May if approved consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2022. |
