As discussed with yourself, it is intimated that the industry has been established before policy of the Board dtd. 30.04.2013. Further, Regional Office has mentioned in agenda note that the master plan of Sub Division, Nihal Singh Wala has not been prepared. So consent to operate can be granted to the industry.
If approved, consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2022, subject to the suitable conditions alongwith the following specific conditions:-
a) The industry will comply with zoning regulations of Master Plan as and when notified and will shift to some suitable site accordingly.
b) The industry has been approved by the Board from pollution angle only and the industry shall obtain the approval of site from other concerned departments, if need be.
