The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:- 1) The CA certificate submitted by the industry is not proper. The industry has mentioned the value of land & building and plant & machinery. The industry is required to submit the CA certificate showing the value of total gross fixed assets of the industry including other fixed assets also. This clarification has already been raised to the industry on 17.10.2017. But, the industry has again submitted the same C.A certificate as earlier submitted. 2) The industry has not submitted any concrete proof regarding date of commissioning. The industry has submitted the copies of registries dated 19.11.2010 and 26.04.2011 but it has mentioned the date of commissioning as April 2013 in the application form. This clarification has already been raised to the industry on 17.10.2017 and the industry was requested to submit the first electricity bill but the industry has submitted the same, hence, the date of commissioning is not confirmed. 3) The industry has not submitted the permission of Central Ground Water Authority/District Advisory Committee for abstraction of ground water. 4) The industry has submitted that they have installed the treatment plant and has requested for sampling of treatment plant but it has not attached the feasibility report alongwith dimensional drawing of treatment facility.
The clarification was raised to the industry on 29.12.2017 and was requested to give the reply of clarification, within 02 days. But, the industry has not submitted any reply so far.
If approved, the incomplete application of the industry may be returned back with request to re-submit the complete application after compliance of above said observations.
