As discussed with your goodself, it is submitted that the institute has failed to obtain consent to operate for existing process i.e. Medical Institute/ veterinary hospital, which covered under Orange Category. Now, the institute has proposed for expansion of its unit by setting up slaughter house (Fresh Meat Production of Chicken @200 kgs/day) to educating the medical students for training purpose, which covered under Red Category. The institute has failed to submit the following documents :-
1. The institute is required to submit copy of CLU/ area classification/ site suitability from the Competent Authority.
2. The institute is required to submit approved building from the Competent Authority for the existing as well as proposed expansion site.
3. The institute is required to submit Akshajra plan as well as location plan of existing as well as proposed expansion site.
From the above, it is clear that the project proponent has failed to comply with the above said observations & application cannot be processed at this stage. If approved, the application may be returned please.
