As explained in the agenda note,it is recommended that the consent to operate under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.9.2022 with usual terms and conditions and with special condition that:- 1. The hospital shall submit analysis report of its effluent samples, which will be collected by Regional office, Amritsar under section 21 of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, within two month period. 2. The hospital shall provide separate energy meter with treatment plant and water meter at the outlet of treatment plant within one month and shall maintain record regarding operation of STP. 3. The hospital shall comply with the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 and apply for obtaining authorization under Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 through OCMMS mode immediately. 4.
