1. It is an institute-cum-dental hospital. Please clarify whether this institute is covered under the provisions of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006 or not ?
2. Number of dental chairs / beds in the institute and competency to decide the case.
3. Status of ETP provided for the treatment of liquid biomedical waste.
4. Copy of DTP letter dated 27.11.1993 is not attached.
