It is submitted that the competent authority has decided that the Water & Air consent cases be returned to project proponent, as the project proponent has failed to submit CLU or approved building plan or land use pattern from Competent Authority, not provided septic tank for treatment of effluent before discharging it into sewer as the MC, Malerkotla has not installed STP and untreated effluent of the city is being discharged into Lissara drain and not provided canopies with 2 nos. DG sets of capacities 25 KVA & 5 KVA and not provided flow meter with the submersible pump to measure the quantity of water consumed. But, i have no option to return the online consent applications from my portal. Hence, it is requested that the consent applications may be returned to the project proponent with request to resubmit the same after removing above said observations please. |
