The industry was issued notice for directions u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 and show cause notice for refusal of consent with water/air Act with opportunity of hearing on before CEE on 17.01.2018, however no one from the industry has attended the hearing. As per orders issued by Board vide no. Est/A-6/2017/855 dated 26.12.2017, the area of Sub-Division, Khanna is transferred to Regional office Fatehgarh Sahib. During hearing it was decided to transfer the consent applications under Water/Air Act to CEE Bathinda for further necessary action. Submitted for Approval. |
