Show cause notice for refusal of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 has been issued for the reasons mentioned therein (copy attached) with hearing before SEE ZO-2 Ludhiana on 01-02-2018 at 11:00 am. He is requested to submit the compliance w.r.t following well before the hearing.
1) inform the industry regarding date of hearing at Regional Office level also.
2) submit clarification as to why the sampling has not been conducted despite clear cut decision of hearing to do so especially considering that a complaint has been received from CPCB and same is pending with the Board.
3) submit the latest status of complaint received from Central Pollution Control Board.
4) submit the compliance status of direction issued u/s 18(1)b by CPCB vis-à-vis Hazardous Waste Chemical Rules, 1989 (as amended).
