Keeping in view of the above report/recommendations of Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Sangrur, it is proposed that:
- Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, may be granted to the industry upto 19/08/2021 (upto lease deed period), with usual conditions and following specific conditions:- (i) The industry will not install any new tube well or energized source for abstraction of ground water without obtaining permission from the Central Ground Water Authority. (ii) The industry shall obtain permission for abstraction of ground water as per guidelines issued by the Central Ground Water Authority please. |
