Sir, earlier there was a complaint made against the industry that the industry was planning to install hot mix plant at the site, however the same was disposed off, as the industry had not installed hot mix plant. The status is same till date and the industry is operating ready mix concrete plant and bed mix plant only.
In view of above, if approved consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 6.12.2018 for ready mix and bed mix plant only with usual conditions and special condition that the industry will not carry out any other industrial activity within the premises without prior written permission/NOC of the Board.
