In view of the recommendations of Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib, if approved, consents to operate of the Board under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 31/3/2016 with same terms and conditions alongwith following additional conditions:
1. The industry will get the stack emission sampling done from the Board’s lab / Board’s approved lab 4 times in a year (being large scale industry) and submit the report to the Board.
2. The industry shall ensure that it will not emit the black smoke under any circumstances.
Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib may be requested to carryout the stack emission sampling of the industry as per new policy of the Board circulated vide Board’s letter no. EE (Mega)/2013/19650-19761 dated 30/4/2013.
