Kindly peruse the agenda note and note page EE / AEE received from the Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib. In view of the recommendations of Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib, it is proposed that consent to operate of the under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted upto 31/12/2022 with standard conditions (auto generated) and following specific conditions that:
1. The consent is issued for the discharge of effluents as per details given below from the premises of the industry through the out-let (s) authorised by the Board:

2. The effluent discharged through the authorized outlet shall conform to the standards prescribed by the Board for such discharges into sewer.
3. The industry will not install any tubewell in the premises of the industry for abstraction of ground water.
4. The project proponent shall obtain various permission from the relevant departments / authorities, if any, required for the said project.
