The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. It is submitted that the detailed report has already been sent to Zonal Office-I and after considering the said report, the industry has been issued show cause notice for revocation/cancellation of consents granted under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981, which are valid upto 31.03.2018, alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing on 26.02.2018. Therefore, the case for renewal of consent under the Water Act, 1974 is sent herewith for deciding the same in light of the decisions taken in the hearing held on 26.02.2018. |
