| Clarification Note: | It is observed that the applicant has submitted reply only to the point that the consent is required till same date with the consent of Air Act valid upto 31.12.2018, Apparently, no reply has been submitted to the earlier clarification of this office raised by then EE produced as below: Earlier, the consent was granted for discharge of domestic effluent @ 25 KLD, but as per the present application, the discharge of DE is 14 KLD, which needs to be clarified. 2. As per record, the RO reject water is also discharged by the industry,as such, disposal of RO reject is required to be clarified. 3. The Gross Fixed Assets as per the CA certificate attached with the application are to the tune of Rs. 9.34 crores, which earlier were of Rs. 47.71 crore, the difference needs to be clarified. 4. The industry has not deposited the consent fee for 5 years as per the policy. 5. The industry is required to furnish water cess returns. Further, it is added here that unit is required to obtain permission from CGWA for the abstraction of ground water. The unit shall submit the water consumption detail of MC supply and installed tubewell of last 3 months along with the detail of RO reject disposal as earlier raised in the observation and requisite clarification regarding variation of the CA certificate. And, shall submit point wise undertaking along with the support of requisite documentation may be produced so as to process the application. |
