The industry was visited on 22.02.2018. The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was found as under:
1. The CA certificate submitted by the industry shows the assets of 1172 crore as on 31.03.2017 and previously as per the record the assets of the industry was 1573.02 crore, please clarify regarding decrease in the value of total assets.
2. The industry need to submit the detail regarding the quantity of hazardous waste {carbon slurry - category 18.2} lying inside its premises, the quantity got lifted and the proposal of the industry for its future disposal.
3. Please submit the record regarding generation and disposal of fly/bottom ash.
4. The industry need to submit the detail regarding generation and lifting of municipal solid waste from the colony as well as from the plant.
You are requested to clarify and submit the relevant record regarding the above mentioned observations within 2 days to further process the application.
