The industry is a small scale red category unit & engaged in manufacturing of embroidery backing sheet. EE, RO process the fresh 'Consent to Operate' under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 & reported that the industry has installed one wood fired package boiler of capacity 01 TPH with cyclone separator as APCD along with adequate stack height. There is no source of trade effluent & domestic effluent will be discharge onto land for plantation after septic tank. As per the DTP certificate the site of the industry falls in industrial zone as per Master Plan, Ludhiana, the site of the industry falls outside the notified area by CGWA. EE, RO reported that the industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. Considering the report submitted by RO, May if approved, 'Consent to Operate' under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry up to 30.06.2022 with special condition that the industry shall obtain permission from CGWA. |
