Earlier the electric connection of the industry was restored temporarily for 6 month on 02.08.2017 along with CTO under Water Act, 1974 granted to the industry for 6 month. Now EE, RO process the renewal of CTO under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 and reported that the industry is engaged in the manufacturing of cycle parts. The industry has made an agreement with M/s JBR Technology Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana @ 5000 Ltr/M for lifting of its trade effluent generated from process. The industry has installed water meter in the process area and maintained the record of water consumed in the process and effluent lifted by M/s JBR Tech. Ludhiana. EE, RO reported that the industry is complying with water pollution norms. Considering the report submitted by RO, May if approved, CTO under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry for further 6 month along with temporarily restoration of electric connection for 6 month with special condition that the industry shall shift its unit to the designated industrial area as per the provisions of Master Plan, Ludhiana. |
