As discussed, it is submitted that the institute has not submitted the following documents:-
1) The institute has not submitted the CLU/classification of area/DTP certificate. The clarification was raised to the institute but it has not submitted the same.
2) The institute has not submitted the approved building plan. The clarification was raised to the institute but it has not submitted the same.
3) The institute has installed one submersible pump, whose water meter was not working and the institute has not obtained permission from the Central Ground Water Authority for abstraction/use of fresh water.
4) The institute has one DG set of capacity 140 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height and one DG set of capacity 82.5 KVA with canopy but inadequate stack height.
5) As per representative of the institute, the approx. strength of students is 1400 and approx. strength of staff is 120. However, the project proponent has applied for domestic effluent @ 0.45 KLD only.
In view of the above, it is recommended that the institute may be issued show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 with an opportunity of personal hearing.
