The industry is a medium scale red category unit, located in focal point and was granted 'Consent to Operate' under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 dated 04.10.2013 valid upto 31.03.2018. Now EE, RO process the varied 'Consent to Operate' under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 & reported that the industry is engaged in manufacturing of Welding tools & Accessories, Hand tools, Sheet metal components, Bike adaptor, Plastic components & Fabricated items & also engaged in phosphating process. The industry has made an agreement with CETP operator for lifting of its trade effluent generated from the process @ 25000 Ltr/month. The industry has installed water meter at fresh water supply line in the process area & maintained the record water consumed in the process and effluent lifted by CETP operator. The industry has lastly lifted 3500 Ltr. trade effluent on 20.02.2018. The industry has installed one gas fired furnace with forging press & one oil fired furnace. The industry has two powder coating booths with cyclone as Air Pollution Control Device separately. The industry has two electric operated baking ovens for heating of powder coated materials. The industry has installed 1 no. rotary barrel type shot blast machine with inbuilt bag filter house as Air Pollution Control Device. The industry has 2 nos. DG sets of capacity 365 KVA & 125 KVA equipped with canopy & adequate stack height. The plant and machinery of the industry have increased from Rs. 4.25 cr. to Rs. 7.13 cr. during period from 31.03.2013 to 31.03.2017 as per CA certificate submitted by the industry. EE, RO reported that the industry is complying with conditions of consents/provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. Considering the report submitted by RO, May if approved, 'Consent to Operate' under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2023 |
