Sir, as per report of AEE, the industry is not in regular operation and area of Khanna has recently attached with this RO , the Board had earlier collected samples of waste water on 09-06-2017 found conforming . Now, with recent application the industry has submitted analysis reports of waste water as well as emissions from Board,s approved lab. This office will collect samples in due course of time.
In view of the above report/ recommendations of AEE, it is recommended that the validity of consents granted to the industry, under Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 be extended upto 31.3.2021 with usual conditions. |
