The industry is a small scale orange category unit and manufacturing of Cartoon Box @ 4000 Nos./day. EE, RO process the 'Consent to Operate' under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 & reported that the the industry has installed boiler of capacity 200000 Kcal with cyclone as APCD attached with stack of adequate height. Stack emission sample collected by M/s Sophisticated Industrial Material Analytic labs. Pvt. Ltd on 23.05.2017. As per analysis report the concentration of PM is 230 mg/NM3 which is within the prescribed limits of the Board. The industry has installed D.G set of capacity 62 KVA of adequate stack height and provided with canopy. There is no source of trade effluent & only domestic effluent is being discharged into sewer. The site of the industry falls in Focal point, phase-1, Ludhiana which is a designated industrial area. EE, RO reported that the industry is complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. Considering the report submitted by RO, May if approved, 'Consent to Operate' under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2022 |
