It is submitted that the unit is complying with the code of practice laid down by the government vide order dated 17/03/1998 as amended on 01/02/2006 and as per the orders of the Competent Authority( Worthy SEE) which may kindly be perused through note history.Further, as per note history, the consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate up to 30/09/2029 as per Board's circular dated 18/07/2013. If approved, the consents under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted up to 30/09/2022 subject to the suitable conditions. |
