In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2022 with the special condition that:-
1. The project proponent shall submit analysis report of its stack monitoring samples from Board’s Lab within two months period from the date of issue of consent.
2. The industry shall provide separate energy meter and water meter for the recirculation water pump. |
