In view of above, it is recommended that:- a) Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2020 in the light of latest policy of the Board circulated vide Head Office letter no. 19650-19761 dated 30/04/2013 with the special condition that the Marriage palace will install the STP as and when the PPCB finalizes the treatment technology for the waste water of the Marriage Palaces. b) Directions be issued to the PSPCL Authorities for the restoration of electric connection permanently. |
