On scrutinizing the online application submitted by the project proponent following discrepancies have been observed:- 1. The scheme for utilization of treated effluent does not match as proposed at the time of NOC. 2. The NOC was expired on 19/11/2015 and the project proponent has to deposit additional amount of NOC regularization fee worth Rs 44,000 /- to make it adequate upto 19/11/2018. 3. The total cost of project proposed at the time of NOC was Rs 84.34 crores whereas as per latest CA certificate uploaded, the total value of fixed assets is Rs 92.76 crores. The project proponent is required to submit the reasons regarding variation in total cost of project. 4. The industry has uploaded analysis report of treated effluent from private lab but the same is not approved by the Board. Moreover the industry has tested the effluent for the following parameters viz. pH, Total Suspended solids, Oil and grease, BOD and COD. Since hospital is also functioning in the premises of hotel so there is a need of testing of one more parameter i.e Bio- Assay.
It is requested to resubmit the case after attending above said observations. |
