The above said industry is a large scale orange category unit and engaged in the manufacturing of CNG machines by assembling of the parts only. There is a no water and air pollution involves in the industry, as only machining work is done for the manufacturing of the CNG machines. However some parts of machines are painted in the paint both having inbuilt filter/ suction system for the control of the paint emissions. After some times or as and when required filters are replaced and stored in a separate room for further disposal to TSDF.
It is therefore recommended that the Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry as proposed by AEE above. |
