It is submitted that the subject cited industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 along with requisite documents and consent fee. However, while going through the record file of the industry, it was observed by the undersigned that the industry is seeking consents for manufacturing of Angles but, the industry has already removed the machinery for manufacturing of said product from its premises as per its undertaking submitted to this office dated 30.09.2015. Therefore, the industry is required to obtain fresh NOC to start the production of the Angles and also need to apply for varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 in this office.
Keeping in view of above, the case of the industry cannot be considered at this stage and may be returned with the request to submit the clarification of the above or to obtain NOC from the pollution angle, prior the production of any new product.
