Details of the case are given in the note of AEE which may be perused. In view of above, it is recommended that consent under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the project proponent upto 30.09.2020 subject to suitable conditions and additional condition that the project proponent shall obtain permission from CGWA for abstraction of ground water.
