The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts mentioned in the said note, it is recommended that show cause notice for refusal of varied consent application submitted by the industry under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be issued to the industry alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing please. The earlier consent granted under the to the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 which is valid upto 31.03.2021 may please be cancelled. |
