The industry was visited by the officer of this office on 07.02.2018 and it was observed that the industry is carrying out zinc-plating of nuts and bolts but has failed to install water meter in the process area. The industry had not made agreement with M/s JBR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The industry is operating its unit without consents of the Board and report was sent to Zonal Office-1, Ludhiana vide this officer letter no. 1010 dated 26.02.2018.
The decision from the Competent Authority regarding violations reported as above are still awaited and the application cannot be processed further. As such permission may be granted to return the application to the industry please. |
