Earlier the CTE was granted to industry under the name and style of M/s KMBSD Projects & Services (P) Ltd (For Project Residential Colony M/s Sant Rasila Enclave) vide No. ZO-J/CTE/Colony/2008/158 dated 08/02/2008, which was further extended upto 09/01/2013 under the name M/s Usmanpur Estate (Old Name Sant Rasila Enclave). Now the industry has again applied for obtaining fresh CTE. The industry has deposited Rs. 9000/- vide Cheque No. 000290 dated 15/03/2018 as NOC extension fee, which is adequate upto one year period. The industry in its letter dated Nil informed that the financial problem and downfall in real estate market as the main reasons for the delay of the project. The industry was visited by RO on 16/03/2018 and only one no. house has been constructed and no construction activity was observed at site. If approved that CTE may be extended upto one year period with the same terms & conditions. |
