Vide ZO letter no. 1565 dated 28/04/2017 directions u/s 33-A were issued to deseal the wet section with request to EE RO that he shall monitor the industry as per policy of the Board and submit report with further recommendations but as per record file after passing of 1 year no single report has been received by this office and no effluent sample has been collected. It is intimated as per earlier agenda note mode of disposal was TE to be recycled back into the process for washing but no information was concluded in latest agenda note regarding mode of disposal. It is recommended that CTO may eb granted for 6 months with condition that industry will get analyze its effluent sample from Board's lab within this period for further extension in validity and EE RO may be asked as to why the industry has not monitored within this period |
