The industry has applied for consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981, for the manufacturing of Card board @ 5 TPD. The industry was given previous consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. SEE(ZP-II)/WPC/2012/F-502 dated 13/02/2012 & the Air Act, 1981 vide no. SEE(ZP-II)/APC/2012/F-396 dated 13/02/2012, both valid upto 31/03/2018, for manufacturing of Card Board (Sun Dry)@ 2.5 MTD by using Prali / waste paper / Bardana / Waste Cartoon @ 3.3 T/day, with certain conditions mentioned therein. But, the industry has not obtained NOC/Consent to operate for expansion of the industry from the Board.
Hence, this application cannot be processed at this stage and has to returned to the industry with request to apply for expansion/NOC under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981, as earlier as possible.
So you are requested to give me approval to return this application, please.
