The outlet pipe for purge from sludge drying beds is still not connected to collection tank. However the plantation area has been now developed as per Karnal Technology for utilization of treated effluent as wild grass has been removed. It is recommended that consent under Water Act, 1974 may be refused to the university due to above mentioned reasons please. |
