In view of above, it is recommended that the 'consent to operate' for commercial complex namely Royal Business Park including Hotel 56 rooms, Shops 203, Soho 142, Banquet hall & Food Court may be granted upto 31.03.2020 with suitable conditions and additional condition that it shall comply with the conditions of Environmental Clearance granted to it. |
