RO replied the observations of ZO and intimated that no information regarding the change of management is available in RO. Also, it is intimated that during visit on 29.01.2018, the peeling unit was found sealed and other misc. work were being operated in the unit like loading & unloading of wood logs as the project proponent is also having Dharam Kanda. It is submitted that as the industry has changed its name and no record of change of management has been uploaded by the industry alongwith the application, if approved, application of the industry may be returned to RO to further returned to industry to resubmit alongwith complete documents and AEE of RO be asked to explain as to why incomplete case has been received in help desk resulting un-necessary delay to decide the case submit for approval.
