In view of the above report/ recommendations of AEE, it is recommended that the industry may be granted NOC for installation of a rolling mill to manufacture Angle,Channel,Bars,Square,Round,Flats @ 56 MTD with suitable conditions and additional conditions that:
1) The industry will submit the copy of the approved building plans from the Director of Factories,Punjab at the time of obtaining varied consents
2) The industry will comply with CGWA guidelines.
3) The industry will submit adequacy certificate for its APCD from Punjab State Council for Science and Technology (PSCST), Chandigarh.
4) The industry will shift to PNG whenever the gas will available in the area around the industry.
5) The industry will install energy saving devices i.e recuperator and VFD. |
