The above said industry is a sugar industry of crane crushing capacity of 1250 MT/day. Earlier water consent granted to the industry is valid upto 26.04.2018 & air consent granted to the industry was valid upto 31.03.2018. The industry is achieving water & air standards as per analysis report of samples collected on 11.12.2017.
It is therefore recommended that the Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry as report/detail mentioned by the AEE above. |
