The industry was visited by undersigned on 11.04.2018 and observed as under:-
1. The industry was in operation during visit.
2. The industry has not removed its soakage pit and stagnation of effluent generated from bathroom section was also observed within premises during visit.
3. The industry has not provided wind screen above the wall of height 10' around husk discharge area and the photographs of wind screen submitted online by the industry is of M/s Shree Kripalu Rice Mills, which is adjoining to M/s Shree Ganesh Rice Mill.
4. The industry has not made plantation along the boundary wall.
Keeping in view of above, it is therefore, recommended that consents to operate applied by the industry under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be refused please.
