Sir, the marriage palace was given personal hearing before CEE on 22.03.2018. Proceedings of which has been received in this office on 06.04.2018. Since, the application has got delayed during this process of giving hearing and receiving the reply of the same,the matter was discussed telephonically with the representative of the industry and has been requested to re-submit the application complete in all forms alongwith compliance of decisions of personal hearing held before CEE on 22.03.2018 and submission of proof of commissioning of the marriage palace alongwith corresponding consent fee/NOC. Hence if approved permission to return the application may be given to do the needful.Submitted please.
