Vide PUC, the subject cited industry has applied for obtaining extension in validity of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under green category. Earlier consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 were granted upto 31/03/2018 vide online reference no. G13GRPCTOW346077 & G13GRPCTOA346060 dated 14/06/2013 respectively under Green Category.
It is further intimated that the industry has deposited Rs. 77000/- each vide Ch. No. 002184 & 002185 dated 26/03/2018 as consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 respectively against gross value of fixed assets of the industry worth Rs. 3,92,56,218.77/- as on 28/02/2018 and same are adequate upto 31/03/2029 under both Acts. The industry has also deposited Rs. 500/- vide Ch. No. 002186 dated 26/03/2018.
The industry was visited by undersigned on 13/04/2018 and observed as under:-
1. The industry is engaged in a process of manufacturing of RMC from Cement, Fly Ash, FINE AGGRIGATE, COURSE, AGGRIGATE & Admixtures.
2. During visit the industry was in operation during the visit.
3. The industry has installed One no. D.G. set of capacity 82.5 KVA, which is provided with canopy.
If approved:-
“Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be extended upto 31/12/2028 for the manufacturing of RMC @ 2401 CFT/Day subject to the following special conditions:-
1. The industry shall not generate any trade effluent.
2. The industry shall not enhance the production capacity of the unit without prior permission of the Board.
3. The industry shall provide rain water harvesting system in its premises to carry roof top rain water into underground strata within 06 month period from the date of issue of this consent.
4. No surface run off or any other rain water flowing in lawns/ garden be allowed to enter into the rain water harvesting system.
5. All the pipes provided for the recharging system should be visible and properly coloured with light blue colour.
